基础教育国际化人才培养最佳实践交流

2014年10 月23日下午13时,我校于小礼堂隆重召开基础教育国际化人才培养最佳实践交流会。
参加交流会的有高书国研究员、钱丽霞研究员、田辉副教授、尚九宾博士以及其他学校的相关负责
老师,到会人数一百多人。
    开幕式上,刘晓昶校长作了题为《以国际合作项目为载体,搭建基础教育国际化人才培养新平台》
的报告,先容了我校对国际化教育的实施途径及实践方法的探索,通过中外合作项目,借鉴国际上先进
的教育理念和经验,推进我校的课堂模式转变和课程改革。接着我校教师朱杭展示了生动的《跨学问交
际课之中西餐用餐礼仪》课堂,博得了与会专家和老师的一致好评。 在交流过程中, 我校科技主任沈丽
作了题为 《基础国际化人才培养的实践体会》的报告。 
她认为,学校应以“以人为本”的教育理念为教
育目标,努力创设“适合每个学生发展”的教育模式。
    
此外,各位专家和老师还参观了我校丰富多彩的选修课课程。一位老师这样评价我校的师生:“生动
丰富的课程,生动纯净的笑容,忙碌快乐的师生。先树人再求才,师先悦生方乐。”
     

    At 13 p.m., on Oct. 23rd, 2014, The Best Practice Intercommunion Meeting of Basic Education 
Internationalized Talents Cultivation was grandly held in the small auditorium of our school. 
Participating in the conference were Researcher Gao Shuguo, Qian Lixia, Associate Professor 
Tian Hui, Doctor Shang Jiubin and related teachers from other schools, the number of audience
 present was over 100.
     
On the opening ceremony, headmaster Liu Xiaochang reported Take International Cooperation
 Project as Carrier, Build up a New Platform for Basic Education Internationalized Talents 
Cultivation, introduced our school’s exploration for implementation ways and practice ways of 
international education and promoted teaching mode transformation and curriculum reform through 
Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, learning international advanced education idea and 
experience. Then, Zhu Hang, a teacher of our school showed a vivid class named Chinese and Western 
Food Dining Manner of Cross-cultural Communication Course, which won the unanimous praise of 
participating experts and teachers. During the communication, Shen Li, the director of Science 
and Technology Department reported Practice Experience of Basic Internationalized Talents Cultivation.
 She thought, school should take “people-oriented” educational idea as educational aim, spare no 
effort to build “suitable for every student’s development” educational pattern.
     In addition, experts and teachers visited the colorful optional courses in our school. A teacher 
evaluated teachers and students of our school like this: “vivid and rich curriculum, lively and pure 
smile, busy and happy teachers and students. Have a mature psychology before becoming well-educated, 
and then students will be happy with delighted teacher.”
